Main - Regular Modern
Paid equivalent to 52 weeks annually hourly or salary + bonus & investment incentives with secondary hustle options
3 days 12 hours on, 4 days off, 3 weeks off annually 35-40 hour weeks or over 32
Rotating or Select Day Monday - Friday
Secondary - Flex Hustle
Paid equivalent to 52 weeks annually hourly or salary + bonus & investment incentives with secondary hustle options
2 days 16 hour days, 5 days off a week, 32 hours a week with 2-3 weeks off annually
Rotating or Select Day Monday - Friday
Third - Traditional
Paid equivalent to 52 weeks annually hourly or salary + bonus & investment incentives with secondary hustle options
4-5 days a week, 32-40 hour weeks with rare approved alternative hours for a secondary project at under 20 hours above with 2-3 weeks off annually
